What Coaching Looks Like:

These sessions are not about fixing you. They’re about listening deeply, supporting you practically, and creating space for you to reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll build a wellness plan that works for your actual life—your schedule, your needs, your body. Whether it’s movement (yoga), energy work, breathwork, mindfulness practices, or daily habits, the tools we use will be tailored to where you’re at and what you need to thrive.

Initial Consultation:

Before we begin, you’ll complete a few quick reflections and assessments. We’ll use these to explore your routines, roadblocks, and goals—so we can build a plan that truly supports you.

  • What’s currently draining your energy—both in and out of the classroom
  • How stress shows up in your body and impacts your digestion, sleep, and mood
  • Whether your current routines support or deplete your well-being
  • Your relationship with food, rest, time, and how you nourish yourself during the school week
  • Where you feel out of sync in your teaching and life—and what you’d love to shift

Follow-Up Session:

Based on your consultation, you’ll receive a personalized wellness plan and a live coaching call (45-60 minutes) that includes:

✔ A 4-week roadmap to reset your energy and routines.
✔ Supportive daily habits to protect your energy and help you feel more grounded during the school week.
✔ Nutrition and lifestyle tips to support focus, digestion, and sleep.
✔ Simple mindset shifts to reframe stress and prevent burnout.
✔ Mindful practices that fit into your school day (yes, really!)
✔ Journal prompts to spark self-awareness and accountability.
✔ Optional tools like grounding rituals, sleep tips, and body-based and energy practices
✔ Post-follow-up session check in via email.
